Returns and Refunds
Upon receiving your order, should there be any defects or problems with your purchase, please get in touch at freefly@yogamatbags.co.za within 7 days of receiving the purchase.
Please note that the responsibility of the returning the items via courier will lie with you.
The products need to be in their original packaging, in the new condition they were received in, not worn and used, with all the original tags, straps and buckles in place. A proof of payment for returned item is required.
Please email freefly@yogamatbags.co.za to arrange the return of the goods or any enquiry in this regard. Should you wish to return the item, please note that until the product is back in our care, FreeFly will not be liable for damage/loss incurred during delivery back to us.
Free Fly reserves the right to not refund the returned item should it appear used and not in its original packaging and condition.
Once the return is received, it will be evaluated whether or not the return will be refunded. We will let you know if your refund has been approved or not by emailing you for your banking details to facilitate the refund according to your original payment method.
